If you’re looking for an orthodontist who is knowledgeable, caring and great at what she does, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Chong and her team! My daughter just had her braces removed, and we couldn’t be happier with her results! We’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Chong and her team from start to finish. Her treatment began in 2022 with expanders, followed by retainers and then braces, and the team kept us informed and comfortable through every stage. Her teeth look amazing and so straight! Dr. Chong genuinely cares about her patients and takes real pride in getting the best results. The practice is clean, modern and welcoming, and they use the latest technology throughout treatment.

I had an excellent experience at Embrace Smiles Orthodontics from the very first consultation. The office uses advanced technology for X-rays and treatment planning, and Dr. Chong took the time to truly understand the results I wanted to achieve. She is professional, hardworking, and genuinely cares about her patients. Her assistant (Kim) deserves recognition for bringing such amazing energy to every visit and making the experience even more positive. My only advice to future patients is to respect Dr. Chong's time and arrive early for your appointment. The team runs efficiently and values punctuality.

We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Chong and the team for my son’s expander treatment. Before coming here, we shopped around and visited about five different orthodontists. At other practices, we felt pressured into aggressive, over-treatment plans. Dr. Chong was a breath of fresh air. She is incredibly nice and provided a treatment plan that felt completely reasonable and right for our 8-year-old son. It has now been a year, and my son just had his expander removed. The results are great, the office environment is wonderful, and the entire team is highly professional. If you want an honest, skilled orthodontist who genuinely cares about what is best for your child.

My daughter saw Dr. Chong for her expander treatment, and we had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process. Every time we visited the office, Dr. Chong and the assistants (Kim) treated us with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They always made my daughter feel comfortable and welcomed. From the very beginning, Dr. Chong performed a thorough examination and took the time to clearly explain the treatment plan and what to expect. I really appreciated how patient and detailed she was in answering our questions, which gave us great confidence in the care my daughter was receiving. The office is exceptionally clean and well organized, and I also love how easy it is to schedule appointments online, which makes everything very convenient for busy families.
